Instructions

  • In high power Blender, Add the 1 frozen banana, 1 cup milk (choose your favorite - dairy, almond, oat, or coconut milk work great), and ¼ cup oats to the blender. The frozen banana ensures a thick, creamy texture.
  • Next, add the flavor-enhancing ingredients such as 1 tsp peanut butter for richness, 1 tbsp flax seeds for added nutrition, 1 tsp vanilla extract for depth of flavor, 1 tsp maple syrup for natural sweetness, 1 whole walnut for a nutty crunch, A dash of cinnamon for warmth, Optional Ice cubes for extra chill.
  • If you prefer more protein rich, feel free to add unsweetened or flavored protein Powder. If you are using vanilla flavoured protein powder, skip and reduce the amount of vanilla extract.
