Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 4 tbsp fresh green garlic finely minced
  • 1 tbsp coriander finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp malai fresh cream
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp green chili paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • salt to taste

Instructions

Steam the Potatoes

  • Begin by steaming 2 large potatoes until they are soft and fully cooked. Once done, transfer them to a medium-sized bowl.
  • Peel the steamed potatoes while they are still warm and mash them until smooth, ensuring there are no lumps.

Add Spices and Flavorings

  • To the mashed potatoes, add 1 tbsp green chili paste, 1 tsp garlic paste, ½ tsp garam masala, salt to taste
  • Mix well to evenly distribute the spices.
  • Next add 2 tbsp malai (fresh cream), 2 tbsp milk, 1 tbsp minced coriander, 4 tbsp minced fresh green garlic
  • Stir everything together until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Serve
