Instructions
Make the Mash
Scoop the avocado into a bowl. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Use a fork to mash it until it reaches a chunky paste consistency. Set aside.
Toast the Bread
Heat a pan over medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Toast the sourdough slices until golden brown on both sides. Spread the avocado mash evenly over the toast.
For the Egg Toast
In the same pan, fry an egg with salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Place the finished egg on your toast and finish with a drizzle of hot sauce.
For the Caprese Toast
Sauté chopped garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
Add cherry tomatoes, oregano, and basil. Cook for about 30 seconds until the tomatoes are just lightly glaze.
Top your toast with the mixture, everything bagel seasoning, and a balsamic drizzle.
For the Tofu Toast
Brown the tofu cubes in olive oil until golden.
Toss in the onions and bell peppers with salt, pepper, oregano, and cayenne.
Sauté for one minute.
